Get to Know me
I work with organizations at moments when things feel complex, uncertain, or in transition. As a strategist, facilitator, and learning designer, I help leaders and groups make sense of what’s changing, align around what matters, and move forward with clarity.
I bring over 25 years of experience spanning corporate leadership and international nonprofit work. Most recently, I served as Managing Director, U.S./Americas at Forum for the Future, and previously as International Director of Organizational Transformation. There, I led strategy and impact programs, worked closely with boards and senior leadership teams, and stewarded cross-sector initiatives focused on regenerative agriculture, climate justice, and just transition.
My approach is grounded in systems thinking and futures practice, paired with a strong foundation in learning design. I design and facilitate meetings, seminars, and strategy processes that people want to be part of—and that lead somewhere. Drawing on methods such as Three Horizons, causal loop mapping, and emergent strategy, I help groups explore what’s emerging while identifying practical next steps.
Earlier in my career, I spent two decades with organizations including Mars, Incorporated and Caribou Coffee, focusing on sustainability, innovation, global supply chains and capability-building across international teams.
Today, I work independently, supporting organizations and multi-stakeholder efforts—through facilitation, learning design, workshop and retreat planning and strategy setting.
